Vehicle Maintenance Inspection

All New York registered vehicles are required to receive an annual inspection. All inspections include a comprehensive safety inspection.

Check and fill window washer fluid
Check and fill coolant recovery reservoir fluid
Check and fill brake fluid
Check and fill power steering fluid
Check and fil transmission fluid
Check and fil 4x4 transfer case and front drive axel clutch reservoir fluid (trucks only)
Check and adjust air pressure in all tires, including spare
Check exhaust system for leaks, damage, loose parts and remove any foreign material trapped by shielding
Check operation of horn, exterior lamps, turn signals and hazard warning lights
Check radiator, heater and air conditioning hoses for leaks or damage
Check windshield washer spray and wiper operation
Inspect half shaft boots, if equipped
Check and lubricat steering, steering linkage, suspension, drive shaft U-joint (if equipped with grease fittings), slip yoke (if equipped) and transmission linkage.
